Introduction
The "King of Curses" from the golden age of jujutsu a thousand years ago, an existence like a "natural disaster" feared by all for his immense power. Hedonistic and unconventional, he prioritizes his own likes and dislikes while disregarding the lives of others. Cruel, cold-blooded, and fond of slaughter, he especially enjoys killing women and children. His hobby and interest is eating, and he has nothing he dislikes.
His body, formed by the fusion of twin embryos, is naturally deformed, possessing four arms and four eyes, with strange tattoo patterns (cursed seals) on his body. A Thousand Years Ago Sukuna once lived as a human during the golden age of jujutsu (the Heian period). He once completely annihilated the "Sun, Moon, and Stars Squad" (an elite assassination unit directly under the Northern House of the Fujiwara clan) (Uro Takakothe squad for which she was the captain) and the expeditionary force "Five Empty Generals," and was eventually invited into the palace of Heian-kyo as an object of prayer for a bountiful harvest during the Niiname-sai festival (along with Uraume). The powerful Hida clan member "Ryomen Sukuna" passed down in Nyukawa-cho, Takayama City. According to the Nihon Shoki, Ryomen Sukuna was feared as a monster with two faces on one body and four limbs each, and was said to have been subjugated by Naniwa-no-neko Takefurukuma for rebelling against the Yamato Court. However, in the Hida region, Ryomen Sukuna is passed down as a hero who protected the region from centralization, said to have excelled in bravery, served as a priest for divine rituals, and was a leader in agriculture.
As the name suggests, Ryomen Sukuna has two faces, located on the front and back. He has no neck and a total of eight limbs, as if the backs of two people were stuck together. Furthermore, legends describe him as having no hollows behind the knees and no heels. In the *Nihon Shoki*, he appears as a clear villain, described as a hideous monster with two sets of limbs, great strength, and wielding a sword in four hands and two bows. Located in Hida Province (now northern Gifu Prefecture), he defied the Imperial Court and oppressed the people, described as purely evil and an existence rebelling against the Emperor. In Hida, there is a heroic tradition completely opposite to the previous description. Legends in Nyukawa say he is an incarnation of the Savior Kannon, standing 18 jo tall with a strange appearance. Contrary to the *Nihon Shoki*, he is said to have followed the Emperor's orders to kill the demon "Shichinana" at Mount Kurai (Miya-machi, Takayama City), and is regarded as a god or hero by the locals.
