After reaching a certain point in the game's progress, a small boat will appear in the pool of the Sacred Forest. By taking the boat and defeating the boss Watcher along the way (or skipping it using invisibility), you can reach "Little Red Riding Hood's House." After talking to her and waiting for her to come downstairs, you can buy H from her for 3,000 souls. After that, by spending 100,000 souls, you can "buy Little Red Riding Hood" and have her join your party. If you attack Little Red Riding Hood and Poro at this point, Little Red Riding Hood will also slit her own throat after Poro dies. Little Red Riding Hood has always believed that the fairy tales in this world are exceptionally cruel. If you come to her house to kill her after collecting all the other fairy tales, she will be prepared for death. In her personal ending, Little Red Riding Hood lives a peaceful life with the protagonist for a while, but eventually, one day, she leaves a letter and disappears on a journey to find the true culprit. After defeating the boss Skull-Hunting Beast, on the way to Ludwig Street, a red beast will be seen. However, if the protagonist's SAN value is less than 0 at this time, what they see is Little Red Riding Hood. With the help of the "White Rabbit," Little Red Riding Hood came to Wonderland to find the true mastermind; when SAN is less than 0, her figure can be seen near certain bonfires. Interacting with Little Red Riding Hood by the bonfire a total of ten times or more is a necessary condition to enter the Hidden Route. In the Inner Route, if you ultimately choose to side with Marian, Red Hood will be killed by Marian along with the protagonist. If you choose to side with Red Hood, after defeating Marian, it is revealed that Red Hood was created with a lifespan of only 20 years. In the final battle of the Inner Route, Red Hood decapitates Alice, freeing the protagonist from the endless carnal pleasure. However, the Crawling Girls were not completely defeated in the end. During the escape, the path was blocked, and Red Hood and Polo stayed behind to cover the protagonist's retreat. Having returned to "reality," the protagonist finally sees Red Hood returning alone with a severed arm on the street one day.
However, the cycle did not end. After this, in the Winter Bell of DLC3, the Reincarnation Stage Device, the protagonist eventually destroys the stage device Grand Guignol, but is grabbed by the Crawling Girls while escaping with Red Hood. To avoid dragging Red Hood down, the protagonist cuts off his own arm.
With the help of Alice 01, the protagonist Grimm finally escapes the clutches of the Crawling Girls, but the setting of Red Hood having only a 20-year lifespan remains unchanged. Having finally escaped the cycle, the two of them welcomed the final sunrise together.
