Akane（ ）, and in the original manga, "Akane" is mostly written in kana as "あかね", which is黒川あかね, and in the current Chinese-speaking community, it is generally translated as "Kurokawa Akane" (赤音).
Regarding the origin of the translation "Akane" (赤音), when citing the first appearance of the name's kanji "Kurokawa Akane" in the manga, the scanlation group's note stated: "In Japanese, 'Akane' (茜) and 'Akane' (赤音) are homophones. Previously, it was always written in kanaあかねrepresented. Because "Akane" is a relatively old-fashioned name, "Akayane" was chosen for the previous translation for its cooler vibe (high schoolers in reality shows generally have cool names).
