PhrolovaisKuro Gamesgame produced by "Wuthering Waves".
FractidusOverseer Frollo, quiet and melancholic, it seems that approaching her would cause one to fall into endless sorrow.
Between life and death, she composed one score after another, constantly constructing the perfect world in her heart.
As a conductor, she waves the spider lily in her hand, conducting the music lightly and freely.
These melodies are her weapons; frequencies are rearranged and adjusted in her hands, either turning into silence or falling into madness.

Frollo comes from a rural town and was traveling far alone for the first time to attend a concert, wearing the dress her mother carefully selected, but she had an argument with her mother before leaving home. The reason for the argument is unknown, and her mother did not show up to see her off. After returning to her hometown following the performance, she encountered a ruthless natural disaster that took away her home and loved ones. Frollo, however, awakened her resonance ability after death, and since then, half-Tacet Discordtransformed, immortal and indestructible.
Having lost everything, Frollo wears mourning clothes and travels aimlessly to various places to hold concerts and perform "dirges." During a certain concert, the Rover in the audienceRoverheard the deep sadness in her music. After communicating with her, the Rover promised Frollo that they would continue to watch her performances. However, the Rover later restartederased memoriesto save the world, breaking the promise indefinitely. Ultimately, after holding many more concerts without seeing the Rover, Frollo became certain that he/she would not come again.
In order to resurrect the villagers, and perhaps she still owes her mother an apology, Phrolova had once sealed the echoes of the villagers in her right eye, searching for a way for hundreds of years (including resorting toSentineldevout faith, wasscientific research, etc.), during which she suffered bullying and schemes from others. Phrolova also became disheartened during the long wait and constant failures, until anFractidusOverseer extended an olive branch to Phrolova, and she decided to join the Fractidus, initiating the plan to create the "Shore of the End", however, in the end, her mother's figure could not be recreated within the "Shore of the End"。
Phrolova and Christopher found the shell of the former gladiator champion Miya in the experimental device within the underground palace of the City of Seven Hills, and learned that Miya sacrificed herself to preventSound-formfrom occupying her body and heading to the upper levels of the Seven Hills to trigger the Black Tide. The fragments of the Narwhal had awakened, so Christopher wrote a script based on the Narwhal's unfinished business to cultivate its power, intending to overlay the script onto all of the Seven Hills and even all of Solaris once the Narwhal reached a certain level of strength.
The Rover andLupaAfter saying goodbye and resting at the lodging, Phrolova broke into the Rover's dream, revealing that her colleague, Fractidus member Christopher, was writing a story withthe Seven Hillsas the background, lasting three days. Phrolova handed a script to the Rover, stating that Lupa would triggerBlack Tide, and tempted the Rover that if they could kill Lupa, they would become the protagonist of the story and change its ending.
Phrolova went to the Hidden Sea Proving Ground, attempting to seize the Narwhal Gem to complete her plan to perfect the "Shore of the End," and collaborated with the Rover to head to the maddenedFenlakeat the main seat. To help the Rover and gain their trust, Phrolova gave her Lycoris baton to the Rover.
While traveling together to their destination, the Rover explores Phroro's past multiple times, even seeing themselves appear in her stories, yet remains skeptical about the authenticity of Phroro's tales.
Upon approaching Fenlake, they find him bewitched by the Echoing and enhancing the power of the gem. Realizing Fenlake has become an agent of the Echoing, Phroro and the Rover decide to defeat him to stop the process.
After stopping and redeeming Fenlake, Phroro and the Rover confront each other again for the gem. Ultimately, Phroro seizes the Echoing Gem, but thenis pierced through the heart by the Rover's bladeand falls into the sea, while the gem is recovered by the Fractucidus.
After the Echoing Leviathan is defeated by the Rover and others, Phroro complains to Christopher about losing the Echoing Gem and asks how much of Leviathan's power he still possesses. Christopher states that while it's not much, it's enough, though given the instability of the Wandering Paradiso, this power still falls short of Phroro's standards for constructing the "Shore."
Phroro informs Christopher and Scar that she is leaving the Fractucidus to find her own path, then turns to depart. As she leaves, she passes by the leader, Schwartzlo; Schwartzlo does not stop her from leaving but remarks that their paths will cross again one day.
Phroro's namePhrolovasounds likeFrolova(Russian:Фролова, Frolova), which in Russian means "child of Frol (Фрол, Frol)".
Phrolova's attire, baton, and stage design feature a large number of red "Higanbana" (scientific name:Lycoris radiata) elements; this plant usually symbolizes "death."

|
Phrolova's baton, which contains a portion of her Resonance ability. A precarious cooperation requires extra sincerity to maintain. She handed her only reliance to you, only wanting to exchange it for your brief trust. You might as well hold it in your hand; even if far apart, ensure that the enemy you are temporarily cooperating with remains under your control. |
| Echo of Wither |
|---|
|
A remnant of Phrolova's Resonance ability; although it cannot compare to the energy in the baton, it can still barely function for tuning. The moment the sharp sword pierced her chest, she felt everything go silent. Her weightless body was flung away, and no one noticed the blood and tears quietly blooming into flowers. The melody lingering among the flowers echoed for a long time, as if whispering the frustration and resentment sunk deep beneath the sea. |
After Phrolova's voice actor was revealed, some players discovered that the Japanese CVSaki Fujitais alsoHatsune Miku's voice source, which sparked a significant reaction.
In the [Exploration Quest] "Fire from the Abyss," notes left by Phrolova in the Seven Hills cave camp can be found:

| Tacet MarkLocation | Left Arm |
| The subject triggered Resonance Awakening at the moment of death, possessing the ability to tune the frequencies of all things and change their "melodies" based on an understanding of the fundamental frequency structure of matter. The strength of the tuning ability is positively correlated with physical condition. Latest test data shows that in a state of extreme Overclocking while remaining conscious, the subject's controllable tuning range can expand up to 30 times, with a maximum duration of 46 seconds. The subject's Resonance occurred too long ago to trace the exact time or Resonance Source.
SubjectTacet MarkLocated on the left arm. After Resonance, the semi-TDified body stopped aging, with no other special physical changes except for a change in the color of the left eye. Test results show that when the subject's body is healthy, the time for frequency renewal and reorganization after skin damage is approximately 6 seconds, and the recovery time after organ damage is 15-18 minutes. No fatal weakness has been found to date. Testing revealed a large number of extremely chaotic frequencies hidden deep within the subject's body, numbering over a thousand, with the exact count still undetermined. Experiments have confirmed that these frequencies have no impact on the subject's body or the exercise of Resonance abilities and hold no utility value, relating only to the subject's mental fluctuations. Test SampleRabel CurveThe initial segment is flat with no fluctuations, followed by a sharp rise in the Rabel Curve, after which the Rabel Curve fluctuations stabilize. The test result is determined to beMutant Resonator. It has been confirmed through multiple experiments that the method of awakening cannot be replicated in others through artificial stimulation. | |
| Overclocking Diagnostic Report | |
| The subject's waveform detection shows alternating sawtooth and needle-like states. The time-domain representation is intense and chaotic with extremely high frequency. Distortion occurred during detection, and the peak range is currently unpredictable.
Diagnostic Result: Extremely low Overclocking threshold, extremely low stability, and frequent occurrences of the Overclocking state. Her Overclocking has remained in a controllable state. This mental stability can be utilized to explore methods for stably extending the Overclocking state in ordinary people. | |

An Overseer of the Fractidus who wanders between life and death, a mysterious and dangerous conductor... She silently waves her baton; the "soul" melodies played through the tuning frequencies in her hands can both shape a beautiful world and summon thousands of troops. |

The audience is always exceptionally engrossed, either frozen in place or uncontrollably trembling and swaying. Pairs of eyes in the darkness stare intently at that slender yet powerful back, their gaze dizzy from following the rise and fall of her hands, like fluttering notes scattered amidst long stretches of improvised, impassioned elegies. The boiling presto melody ignites the fire in their hearts, allowing suppressed emotions to grow wildly, uncontrollable and inescapable, until they are pushed to suffocate alongside her in the extreme rhapsodic tunes at the music's climax. Unknowingly, they reach the edge of their mental world, standing on a cliff overlooking a bottomless abyss, eager to feel the blooming of destruction and rebirth amidst extreme excitement. Before that step into the void could be taken, the conductor under the spotlight steadily stilled her arms, cruelly bringing the music to a sudden halt. She stood there, motionless as a statue, yet her chest continued to heave violently, wandering alone in her emotions. The sliver of sanity that had just pulled her back had snapped, dissipating into the dense sentiment. She gazed only at the ceiling, never looking at anyone in the audience. Does the piece end just like this? People were silent, surprised, and lingered before finally leaving in a daze. Yet, before they could even step out of the concert hall doors, they heard the music again in their ears—music coming from the past. Those melodies were effortlessly etched into everyone's minds, repeating over and over, more stirring than when heard in person, constantly awakening and amplifying the extreme madness within each heart. In an era of brightness, people walk out laughing, the bright red songs making them eager to embrace a beautiful tomorrow; in an era of darkness, people cannot bear this final straw, the pitch-black songs leading them decisively toward the highest window. She seems never to care what color her music dyes others, continuing to wave her hands amidst the turning of eras. Those sitting in the concert hall do not think much about where the music will lead them. No one has ever scrutinized whether the person creating these warm and sorrowful melodies stands on stage time and again simply for selfless creation or catharsis, or for the love and past buried in the dust. |

The scarlet hall is often empty, with only the flags symbolizing the Overseers fluttering in the cold wind. The color of that Lycoris flag has long since dimmed, but it always hangs on the edge, never falling. In the eyes of the Fractsidus members, the Overseers are all elusive beings, and few stay here for long. But among those ungraspable figures, she is the one who remains most hidden. Aside from that flag, there are no traces of her here. She has given up everything an Overseer could possess here; her room is empty, and she won't say a single extra word... she does not belong here. Her aloof silence causes people to overlook her. When people think she is as dispensable to the Fractsidus as the Fractsidus is to her, the silent Lycoris will suddenly emerge from the dark world, blooming sharply, its petals precisely piercing the enemy's chest to complete her mission, before disappearing from everyone's sight once more. She seems to have no interest in anything here, and few know exactly why she joined. There is only one place in the Fractsidus that can hold her back. She occasionally stands on the upper level of the laboratory, silently looking down at the development of human and Tacet Discord limb coupling technology and the continuous progress of overclocking technology. She watches the longing in the eyes of those who actively seek evolution, watching them struggle toward a new life—the screams of success, the wails of failure—as if she is seeing even more people through them. Sometimes she carries a lamp, appearing here alone late at night like a ghost, quietly browsing the latest research progress, yet she has never taken a single page of data with her. It seems every reading ends in disappointment. Occasionally, someone sees this but does not understand what she is trying to find. |
| Progressing Through Adversity (Unlocked after reaching Intimacy Level 3) |
|
When life is infinitely extended, what kind of path should one take in the world? She does not know. The unprecedented emptiness and vastness made her feel at a loss, so she chose to close her eyes and vent her loneliness, sorrow, and resentment through music, pouring out notes recklessly at any place and any time. The frenzied woman became famous, yet remained as arbitrary as ever. The friendly or hateful remarks surrounding her disappeared even sooner than she did. Repeated history and repeated rhetoric played out constantly, and she inevitably became lonely again and again. It wasn't until later that she understood she wanted to find something to lean on, but true feelings were nothing but futile. When fleeting beauty fades, only those who cannot leave continue to endure the pain. She gradually regained her composure until she completely closed off her heart, eventually deviating into numbness, walking alone away from everyone, no longer looking at the audience, no longer looking at the world. She does not change her name to hide, nor does she care about people's speculations and investigations. Anyone can see her age, but few can guess the age of her soul. She would have wandered forever like a meaningless ghost, but a concert allowed her to find a new goal in life. The agonizing time flew by the moment she figured it out, and the broad blueprint of life began to shrink. She absorbed everything she didn't know day and night, searching for geniuses who flashed through the long river of time. If people believed she was the greatest hope, then she would generously satisfy their desire for research. In different eras, she allowed herself to lie under different experimental apparatuses time and again, witnessing her own disassembly and watching her own rebirth. The pain made her feel that she was still trapped in reality, yet she could only draw closer to the past through the gaps of pain. No matter what kind of attempt it was, it didn't matter, because pain would eventually be forgotten. But why did she gradually feel imprisoned, as the once boundless road became narrower and narrower... Was this not the only way? In the narrow gap, she still stubbornly reached out her fingers, attempting to find a way out of the predicament. |

Ancient statues are particularly precious and difficult to obtain due to their unique materials and fine craftsmanship. The more a treasure is cherished, the easier it is to head toward destruction. It seems accidental, yet it always feels like a destiny driven by the owner's self-destructive tendencies. This statue accidentally fell from a high cabinet and shattered into pieces, with fragmented parts scattered all over the floor. The era in which it was created has long since passed; now, no one but her remembers its original appearance. She wanted to piece it back together into its original flawless form, so when she remembered, she would set aside some time to carefully glue every fragment. She began reorganizing from the inside, returning tens of thousands of fragments to their original positions according to the image in her memory. The time spent concentrating on the assembly made that empty heart become calm and full, bringing everything around her into a wonderful and harmonious atmosphere. When she slowed down, everything cruelly became faster. Unknowingly, she had restored most of the statue; it could already operate and move as usual, but that was not enough. A beautiful skin is also an indispensable part. Her creation, the result of her actions, must follow her will and achieve perfection from the inside out. Victory is close at hand, yet seems out of reach. Every time she fixes one part, another part peels off again due to its age and fragility. The cracks will always exist. She kept piecing it together; as one piece fell, she would pick it up again. The more anxious she felt and the closer she wanted to get to the final result, the more scattered fragments there became. She stared at the statue for so long that the cracks on its face began to turn into countless mocking smiles, laughing at her pursuit of perfection, for in truth, the rift between ideal and reality always exists, and what she faced was actually endless futility. She stared at the statue for so long that the cracks on its face began to serve as a reminder—a reminder of how much more she needed to do. This imperfection had already become a part of the statue; the cracks upon perfection had, at some point, become perfect cracks. |

She looked up at the sky; it was very blue, but she remembered the sky being black and red. She climbed over the fence to search, but the voices of those around her rose and fell, holding her back. They said she had had a nightmare. So it was just a dream... Her white dress, like a light white cloud, drifted cheerfully across the grass toward the town. The sun rose as usual, and the town's cooking smoke and laughter continued day after day, day after day... The mundane routine of day after day made one sink into it, but she gradually began to feel this stagnation; her music no longer improved, people's thoughts no longer refreshed, day after day... No one had left this land for a long time. Where did the food come from? Why were daily necessities inexhaustible? Thinking about these things, she walked on the path to leave. She reached the edge of the town and saw a red figure before the hazy mist. It had been waiting there for a long time, as if it had known all along that she would one day arrive here. She wanted to retreat, but for some reason, she placed her hand in its palm, only to grasp at nothing, catching a handful of bloodstains instead. The sky was indeed black and red. On the mangled body with only one eye left, bright red flowers bloomed; she could not struggle, she could not move, but why had she not died yet? She looked at the sky where ashes drifted, her hands uncontrollably wanting to grab the muddy red earth. Within her limited field of vision, her fingers that had long since disappeared slowly reappeared. The deaths of many held up her rebirth, and the echoes of many condensed in her right eye, until she had the courage to walk out of the town again and face reality, the "Otherworld" that enveloped her finally receded into the depths of her heart. The red flowers shook off as she crawled, revealing brand-new skin. The laughter in her ears had not yet dissipated; she had indeed had a very long dream, but it was a beautiful dream bestowed upon her by the "Otherworld." But who says dreams cannot become reality? She looked up at the sky; the sky was truly blue. There is no longer the day-after-day stagnation or the mist that punctures illusions, for this is the new "Other Shore" she painstakingly recreated, identical to the "Otherworld" in her heart that they bequeathed to her. People are still calling her name; this time, she will surely be able to embrace the real them. |

Her face was calm, yet her hands continuously performed intense variations and exaggerations on one piece of music after another. When she stood waiting at the concert hall entrance with the ticket once again, she began to wonder what exactly she was waiting for. Was it a kindred spirit who could understand the music, or a path that shared the same goal as her own? Until all the audience members had entered and no one else remained outside, the ticket was still in her hand. She realized it was neither; what she wanted to wait for was a lifeline she had sketched in her mind, one that didn't actually exist. She wouldn't wait any longer. | |

| Condition | Dialogue |
| Inner Voice I | Don't be in a hurry to leave; the performance isn't over yet. Late nights in Tric City belong to the revelry of bonfires, and the second half of the show will begin at midnight. Swing your arms, start your dance steps, and show the passionate and wild side along with this city. Release it all in the conducting, and let the notes forever engrave the rich and ecstatic moments of tonight. Watch out, I might throw the baton at any moment. |
| Inner Voice II | I know that the difference in that piece of music will definitely be discovered. The inspiration for improvisation is a gift from the city of Perello. The sound of the tinkling spring in the city is pure, clear, and carries a bit of warmth. When I first heard it, I felt a sense of familiarity. While conducting, I couldn't help but think that it was like... meeting an old friend I hadn't seen in a long time. Do you want to go and experience it? Consider it a unique epilogue to this performance. |
| Heart's Voice III | Want to know why the structure of the music performed this time is so interesting? I saw that giant Ferris wheel to the west of Scob. Two parallel circles of small cabins chasing each other with precise counterpoint, just like an excellent fugue. They will always have a next meeting; perhaps they want to get even closer to each other, yet they can never touch... How about becoming a part of this silent music together? |
| Heart's Voice IV | The wind in Dolores is even more biting than imagined. The audience's lack of smiles is exactly like the tension brought by the gale. I heard the sound of the wind on the conductor's podium; it felt as if I had truly stepped outside. I stood in the wind, letting it blow all my hair loose, blowing away all the thoughts that shouldn't exist, blowing me away along with them... Haha, maybe that concert hall owner was right; I probably am a bit crazy. |
| Heart's Voice V | Well, I've said it all... Don't overthink it; these words have existed for a long time. I've rehearsed the scene of saying these words countless times in my heart before, but in fact, there has long been no need for them to exist. As for why I said them now... it would be too much of a waste to never say them. Whether you believe these words or not is up to you. |
| Frollo's Likes | Using the rise and fall of both hands to control the phrasing of the music and the balance of dynamics, turning notes into the sound I want, pushing the orchestra through waves of pain and pleasure toward a moving climax—no one can fall behind, and no one can escape, until... until I obtain the perfect movement in my heart. |
| Frollo's Troubles | When you have failed enough times, you lose the emotion to face failure, and thus no longer have troubles. |
| Favorite food | The Taste of Red Currants...Only it left an impression in my mind. Sour and astringent? I think it's fine. Perhaps I've just gotten used to eating them... |
| Disliked Food | After meat has been smoked and grilled, the taste is a bit like... never mind. |
| Aspirations and Ideals | To understand the cycle of life, one must experience it time and again. |
| Resonance I | HecateIt has always stood at the crossroads of the otherworld, waiting there as if knowing that one day I would surely see it. On the day I saw it clearly, I learned its name and understood the boundaries and choices it represents. It stands there silently, reminding me that it is time to make a decision at this turning point. Only when I placed my hand in its palm did I finally realize that it is also me. The me of the otherworld, the me of this world, the me who freely traverses between the two... Since then, "I" guard the boundary between the otherworld and this world for myself, perceiving everything and seeing any extremely distant place in both worlds for myself. |
| Resonance II | Overclocking has long been a common occurrence for those in the Fractsidus. I have witnessed batch after batch of people actively walking towards it, controlling it, and utilizing it, even knowing it brings danger and death. Don't be quick to refute; from another perspective, it brings not just a hopeless dead end, but also a different kind of rebirth. Look, humans are creatures living under safety, threatened by fear, surviving by clinging to everything, and refusing death. But we should master living and living after death. |
| regardingPresident | A special existence, a truly living goal and reference... Heh, on this basis, mutual utilization with full awareness actually brings peace of mind, doesn't it? |
| regardingChristopher | It is an interesting thing to want to stimulate a true free will in humans that can contend with the truth of the world. Unfortunately, talking about will apart from survival makes everything nothing more than a flash in the pan. Don't the uncontrollable processes and imperfect endings in the cracks of the script serve as a constant wake-up call for him? |
| regardingScar | Madmen who don't play by the rules are always impromptu and devoid of aesthetic sense, easily ruining everything that has been meticulously arranged. I don't care what he truly wants; I only hope he can always stay far enough away from me. |
| regardingKathesia | An outstanding creation forged by the gods, not human yet possessing a complete human will, fills me with longing. If the universal commonality behind the success could be unearthed from her, the echoes from the other shore might become even more pleasant to the ear. |
| Birthday Wishes | Your birthday? Today? Oh. ... If you are expecting a gift or a blessing, then continue to wait here in peace; a long wait can also be considered a gift. |
| Leisure I | (Utterance) |
| Idle Chat 2 | (Utterance) |
| Idle Chat 3 | (Utterance) |
| Self-introduction | Do not fear the Overseer of the Ascendant Union. Calm your mind and filter out those noisy distractions. Only then can you stay here and truly appreciate the perfect melody echoing through the sea of Lycoris flowers, and the true paradise that is soon to come. |
| Prelude | Come, let us complete this long-awaited performance together. |
| Join Team 1 | Inviting... me? |
| Join Team 2 | Here, you haven't forgotten how the baton feels, have you? |
| Join Team 3 | An ensemble with me? Are you sure? |
| Breakthrough 1 | The warm yet sorrowful first movement is hidden in the dark night, solitary and lonely. Now, those unforgettable, ghostly whimpers have gradually ceased. |
| Breakthrough 2 | The dark and mournful second movement hides unease and malice. Are you not afraid? It will forcefully raise its dagger and pierce the veil between life and death. |
| Breakthrough III | The bright and lively third movement possesses a fantastical scherzo atmosphere; even if suspended above falsehood and unease, it allows the notes to keep dancing. |
| Breakthrough IV | The decisive and powerful fourth movement brings down a hearty battle hymn; supported by the torrent, upon the vast and boundless land, it surges forward forever, cleansing everything. |
| Breakthrough V | This is... the final cadenza. You have brought change to it, quite unexpected... In that case, why not sit down and listen to me finish performing this complete piece. Do you have time now? |
