Jade Euphe Hindeis from the game "Iris ————《" and its derivative works.
A mercenary from the desert region who lived in the desert with her father, Jebrael. After her father's sacrifice, she sought refuge with her father's tribe, the Tanit. Together with the Traveler, she annihilated the Tanit tribe that attempted to kidnap her, and subsequently formed her own Eremite brigade.
Her combat model is the Eremite Clearwater.
Jebrael, a former member of Thutmose from the Tanit tribe, fell in love with the Akademiya scholar Uffie Hindi. They had a daughter named Jeht, who was dearly loved by her parents.
Because her parents defected from Thutmose, they were hunted by the organization, and her mother died at the hands of Samail, the "Twin Blades of Thutmose."
As she grew up, Jeht became a mercenary for the Eremites, just like her father.
Along with her father Jebrael, she accepted a commission to escort the Akademiya scholar Tirzad Hindi for desert archaeology. The archaeological team unfortunately fell into the Pit of Abnegation. There, they met the Traveler, who had come to rescue them upon receiving a commission. Subsequently, the team explored the ruins of King Deshret together to find his legacy.
During the exploration, they encountered a strange construct, which Jeht named "Benben." Jeht could understand Benben's emotions and expressions, and with Benben's help, the team overcame many difficulties during their exploration.
In the subsequent archaeological activities, Jebrael gradually recounted the past of Jeht's mother, the archaeologist Uffie, which deeply moved Jeht.
Inside the ruins, Jeht encountered Samail, her mother's killer, who was also searching for King Deshret's legacy. The two sides fought over the "Golden Slumber." Eventually, the archaeological team reached the throne in Khaj-Nisut first, but Jeht was unfortunately kidnapped by Samail. Samail coerced Jebrael and the others to reveal the way to enter the Golden Slumber. To save his daughter, Jebrael told Samail the method, causing Samail to unknowingly abandon his physical body, trapping his spirit within the Golden Slumber through the throne, unable to return to reality. However, Samail, seizing the authority of Al-Ahmar, used this to control all of Khaj-Nisut and attempted to consume Jebrael and the others. To open the gates of Khaj-Nisut, Jebrael sacrificed himself by entering the Golden Slumber to perish along with Samail, leaving his greataxe to Jeht before he died.
Devastated by the loss of her father, Jeht decided to take her father's axe and her mother's notes back to her father's homeland, the Tanit tribe, in hopes of placing her parents' relics in the "Eternal Oasis."
Jeht returned to the Tanit tribe, to which her father originally belonged, and was adopted as a foster daughter by Babel, the "Matriarch" of the Tanit tribe. Because she was the child of a "traitor" to the tribe, Jeht could only be accepted as
Since Benben had stopped functioning due to insufficient energy, Jeht commissioned Aderfi to help with repairs.
Jeht prepared to explore the legendary "Eternal Oasis" to lay her parents' relics to rest there, inviting her friends the Traveler and Paimon to the Tanit tribe to help. As a "half-outsider," Jeht was the only Tanit member allowed to enter the "forbidden area." Therefore, Matriarch Babel commissioned Jeht, along with the outsider Traveler and Paimon, to find the "Mother of Jinni" and the "Eternal Oasis" within the forbidden area, with Jeht's "big brother" Azariq responsible for guiding the three.
The Traveler's group later found a Jinni calling herself Liloupar in the Jinni Cell, who was the "Mother of Jinni." Liloupar greatly admired the Traveler, forming a "contract" and recognizing them as "Master," while speaking insolently to other desert dwellers, including Jeht. Jeht was somewhat annoyed by this.Jealousy, and sulked at the Traveler for a while. The little caracal's fur stood on end.
Returning to the Tanit camp, the Traveler was respected by Matriarch Babel as the "Master of the Jinni," but Liloupar loathed Babel. That night, Jeht's anger toward the Traveler subsided, and she expressed her willingness to accept Liloupar's company for the sake of their ultimate goal. In the camp, the Traveler, Paimon, Liloupar, and Azariq chatted around the fire, spending a relatively pleasant evening. In reality, Azariq might not have been very happy, as he was called by Matriarch Babel in the middle of the night to perform some "open secrets," leaving him with back pain the next day.
After officially starting the exploration journey and finally using the giant Ruin Golem of the Desert of Hadramaveth
Finally, the group defeated Liloupar's sister—the Great Jinni Ferigees who was responsible for guarding the oasis—broke the seal she guarded, and successfully entered the legendary "Eternal Oasis." Jeht placed her parents' relics here (Jebrael's axe andUfairah's Notes) and stayed quietly for a while to calm her emotions. After returning to the Tanit Tribe, Jeht and the others told Babel that they had cleared out the traitors and found the Eternal Oasis, receiving the Matriarch's praise and rewards.
Since Adelfi was revealed as a traitor, Jeht was very worried about Benben's condition. She learned from a secret letter that Benben's situation was due to a lack of energy supply, and that Adelfi had intended to hand Benben over toFatuiAfter dealing with it, she asked the Traveler to go to the trading location to defeat the Fatui and seize the charging device they brought, restoring Benben's energy.
After Liloupar went to her dark fate and spoke no more, in order to let the Tanit Tribe completely control the Eternal Oasis, Matriarch Babel decided to silence Jeht and the Traveler, who knew of the oasis's existence, and take the opportunity to gain control over the Jinni. To this end, she betrayed Jeht to the Fatui and deceived Jeht into thinking the Traveler was a traitor. At the same time, she deceived the Traveler, claiming Jeht was a traitor and sending the Traveler to find her, thereby driving a wedge between the two. Jeht escaped while the Fatui were attempting to capture her for human experimentation, and she hacked most of the Fatui present into piecesturning them into confetti, seeing red and covered in wounds, Jeht fought the Traveler upon seeing them, mistakenly believing the Traveler was the one who betrayed her. After calming down, she and the Traveler realized together that they had been deceived by Matriarch Babel.
After eliminating the assassins sent by the Tanit Tribe to silence them, Jeht's group returned to the entrance of the Tanit Tribal Camp to confront Babel. Babel feigned a plea for Jeht's forgiveness to no avail, then ordered the entire Tanit Tribe to besiege Jeht and the Traveler. Jeht and the Traveler fought back, slaughtering the entire tribe. Driven into a corner, Babel told Jeht that she had already sent word to other tribes that Jeht was a traitor, leaving no place for Jeht in the desert. After she finished speaking, Jeht, feeling disgusted and extremely angry, killed Babel, and the Tanit Tribe fell.
Having lost her parents and her home, Jeht decided to wander the world. After saying goodbye to the Traveler and Paimon, she took Benben and embarked on a journey alone.
Masseira, a Tanit tribesman who had previously plotted to harm the Traveler, had fled the camp in advance and thus did not die by Jeht's blade. Later, in order to evade Jeht and"The Farrokhzadan"'s pursuit, he disguised his identity and joined a team of scholars on a desert expedition, causing the scholars to be besieged by members of "The Farrokhzadan" in the desert, while he himself escaped in the chaos.
By this time, Jeht had become the leader of a burgeoning mercenary group. The scholars and "The Farrokhzadan" settled their conflict under her mediation. Jeht was hired by the scholars to escort them back to the rainforest, after which she led her young mercenaries to continue searching for Masseira's whereabouts.

World Quest: The Dirge of Bilqis - "Wisdom Has Built Her House, She Has Hewn Out Her Seven Pillars" (1) Paimon: Jeht, you look different from the last time we saw you! Jeht: Hehe, you've got a good eye, Paimon. Tell me, how have I changed? Paimon: You've gotten a darker tan... Jeht: Hey—! Watch your mouth, you! Traveler: Jeht has become more mature. (To Aether) Jeht:Is that so... Hehe, after all, having gone through this and that, I had to grow up a little bit. (To Lumine) Jeht:Is... is that so... Uh, I thought you'd make a joke about how I look now or something... (2) Traveler: Have you been doing well lately? (To Aether) Jeht:Why, are you afraid I've fallen lovesick? (To Lumine) Jeht:Not well. I've been thinking about you ever since last time. ;World Quest: The Dirge of Bilqis "The Temple Where Sand Flows Like Tears" (3) Jeht: Ha, this is Azariq, my senior in the Tanit! I see him as a brother; he's helped me a lot. Azariq: Sigh, right, she sees me as a brother. Our relationship might have been even better... if she didn't prefer hanging out with girls! Traveler: Oh... Paimon: Oh...! (To Aether) Jeht:So what! Do you have a problem with that! (To Lumine) Jeht:Ah, stop talking nonsense! Don't let my friend get the wrong idea, okay! (4) Traveler: Sorry, it's my fault for neglecting Jeht. Jeht: No... it's mostly my fault, I'm sorry. I was being too childish. Jeht: Even though I knew Liloupar was key to our journey, I still lost my temper with everyone... Paimon: Although Liloupar speaks a bit strangely, like sometimes using scary metaphors and such... Paimon: But she's looked after us all along. It feels... hmm... she's different from people we've met before, but she doesn't seem like a bad person! Paimon: Anyway... it's okay, because the Traveler is really important to Jeht, right? (To Aether) Jeht:Of course, you are my best friends. (To Lumine) Jeht:Yeah, I've always seen you as... my best friend, but... I'm just a little scared... Sigh, it's nothing... (5) Liloupar: Not you... *pfft*, but you are very much like him, my master. Like... how he once was. Jeht: ... Liloupar: What, are you jealous again? (To Aether) Jeht: Not really, it's just... I feel like I've heard this story before... Liloupar: Because it's something that happened before, and perhaps it will happen again. Jeht: Hmm... (To Lumine) Jeht: I did not! Liloupar: My master, it is plain to see. I once had daughters of my own... I can tell. Jeht: Hmph... Say whatever you want... (6) Liloupar: Hehe, Jinni do not possess the boring shame of mortals. Naturally, we are not shy about discussing love, or... revealing ourselves to our beloved. (To Aether) Jeht:*Cough, cough*...! (To Lumine) Jeht:Suddenly, I'm a bit glad you're just a bottle now... (7) When the moon was high in the sky, Azariq told a crude joke about a crocodile and a Sumpter Beast, which cost him the privilege of sharing a blanket with you. (To Aether)Jeht told you many more funny anecdotes... Her life in the Tanit must have been quite fulfilling since you last parted. (To Lumine)Jeht told you many more funny anecdotes... She gave off a faint scent of spices, and it seemed as if all the stories since your last parting were imbued with such a melancholy flavor. World Quest: The Dirge of Bilqis "Dune-Entombed Fecundity" (8) Traveler: Sorry, I was just spacing out for a moment... (To Aether) Jeht:Spacing out? I thought you'd lost consciousness! (To Lumine) Jeht:Really?! I thought you'd been possessed by something nasty in that bottle! (9) (To Aether) Jeht:So, did you find anything good? Hehe, come on, share! (To Lumine) Jeht:You know, I was really looking forward to adventuring with you like this... It always brings back long-lost feelings... well, and some new ones too. (10) Jeht: Anyway, I want to thank you, Traveler, and Paimon too... Thank you for coming all this way to accompany me on this adventure and for putting up with my willfulness. (To Aether) Jeht:Ever since my father passed... only when I'm with you do I feel this at ease. (To Lumine) Jeht:Ever since my father passed... only when I'm with you do I not have to worry about being homeless. (11) Jeht: ...I can't allow him to hurt you or Paimon... but... if you're the one who starts the fight... I can't allow you to hurt him either. That's my principle... (To Aether) Jeht:Even if you are my best friend. (To Lumine) Jeht:Even if... I really like you. (12) (To Aether) Jeht:It's so good that you're awake! How are you, are you hurt? Can you still walk? (To Lumine) Jeht:You're awake... Phew, that's good... I thought... I thought... Sorry, I'm a bit... anyway, are you hurt? Is it serious? Do you want me to carry you? World Quest: Her Foes Rage Like Swelling Waters... "For Her Judgment Reaches to the Heavens..." (13) Traveler: There's still time to rest for a bit. Paimon: Yeah, that's right... There's no need to rush. We can head back whenever we want, but Babel will just have to wait for us. Traveler: Paimon's right. We're the ones in control now. (To Aether) Jeht:Yeah, you're right... Sorry, I didn't trust you before... (To Lumine) Jeht:In control... huh? Yeah... Paimon: Alright, Jeht, where are you hurt? Let us help you bandage your wounds! Jeht: Where am I hurt? Pfft... everywhere. But it's okay... I can still hold on. Traveler: Don't be stubborn, let us take a look. (To Aether) Jeht:Sigh... Alright, sorry... (To Lumine) Jeht:Mmm... Alright then... And so, you decided to take a short rest here, setting up a simple campfire... (To Aether)(You carefully bandaged Jeht's wounds and rested for a while by the fire. In a silent understanding, you have already decided on your next move.) (To Lumine)(You carefully bandaged Jeht's wounds and rested for a while by the fire... Jeht slept soundly by your side for a long time. The scent of blood and sweat mixed with the charred smell of burning poplar branches could not mask the faint aroma of spices on her. Her snoring was soft, her sleep-talking nonsensical... It seems she was truly exhausted. After she woke up, you reached a mutual understanding and decided on your next move.) (14) Babel: But today, you must make a choice. The Tanit, your home; or this outsider, your friend. Traveler: Wait... you discussed what to do with me before? (To Aether) Jeht:Yes... but I didn't agree. After all, you're my friend. (To Lumine) Jeht:Yes... but I didn't agree. Because... you're important to me. (15) Babel: I... I, we are your family! You've ruined everything, you've ruined... the hope of the Tanit... and the hope of all the scattered tribes on the gilded sands... *cough*... Jeht: Don't be so arrogant. I've only toppled a small sand dune. (Aether) Jeht:And you, let me ask you! What kind of mother would force her own daughter to murder her friend! Answer me! (Lumine) Jeht:And you, I'm asking you! What kind of mother would force her daughter to murder the one she likes! Answer me! (16) Jeht: Phew... Alright, I've said enough... It's time to leave this place of sorrow. (To Aether) Jeht bids you farewell with a hug amidst the yellow sands. She gives you a tight hug, and you can feel her seemingly holding back her sobs... Then, she quickly pulls away from your embrace, wipes the corners of her eyes as if nothing happened, and grins at you. (To Lumine) Jeht bids you farewell with a hug amidst the yellow sands. She holds you tightly, as if afraid you might be swept away by the sandstorm that shrouds the sky, and you can feel her seemingly holding back her sobs... Then, she gently pushes you away, wipes her moist eyes, and gives you a smile. "I hope that the next time we meet, it will be on a day with better sunshine," Jeht says to you. |
