Character Personality
- She usually speaks very little, mostly requiring Watatantei to relay her words, but her personality is actually very gentle.
- She especially loves eating ice cream and is often seen eating it when she appears; it's always two scoops or more, and she eats more than three ice creams per episode appearance. She also eats popsicles, making her a typical foodie.
- After joining the Phantom Phantom Thieves, she has helped the Precure side; it seems she still has a conscience, or perhaps she joined the Thieves for another purpose.

Made her first appearance at the Phantom Phantom Thieves' headquarters, watching alongside Watatantei as Usonowa criticized the incompetent Nikki, as well as the argument between Nikki and Agsenie. When Agsenie was carrying out the mission to steal the Truth Gem, Ruruka stopped Agsenie from trying to escape and relayed Usonowa's order: demanding Agsenie stay and fight the Precure. Subsequently, Ruruka and Watatantei watched Agsenie's battle with the Precure from the shadows.

When Nikki attacked Pochitan and Senior Jet, Ruruka transformed and hid in the shadows, firing lasers to help the two resolve the crisis, then quickly left.
