Main Story
Early on, Mika simply hoped that Arius Branch School could reconcile with Trinity, but this proposal was opposed and ignored by the other two seats of the Tea Party—Seia Yurizono and Nagisa Kirifuji. Mika contacted Saori Joumae, who came from Arius, without authorization. Although Saori Joumae wanted Azusa Shirasu to enter Trinity as proof of goodwill between the two schools and thereby gain a better future, Arius was already under the control of Beatrice at that time. Beatrice took advantage of Mika's kindness and sent Azusa Shirasu into Trinity as a spy.
Collaborated with Saori Joumae to forge school records so that Arius Branch School'sAzusatransferred to Trinity General School, attempting to resolve the conflict between Arius and Trinity General School.
From the birth of the "Eden Treaty" plan—a treaty for peaceful coexistence between Trinity General School and Gehenna—she was internally extremely opposed to it. She did indeed eliminate Nagisa, but Trinity and even the entire Kivotos headed towards destruction as a result, and she lost all her friends. Her crazed smile was haunting.
After the Arius Squad destroyed the treaty signing site, the conflict between Trinity and Gehenna was on the verge of exploding. Trinity's radicals tried to coerce Mika, who was in prison, to issue a formal declaration of war as the only remaining representative of the Tea Party, but Mika refused. Consequently, the radicals attempted to bully Mika, but were stopped by Koharu and the members of the Justice Task Force who arrived later.
After the Arius Squad's plan to sabotage the Eden Treaty failed and they retreated, and Gehenna and Trinity finally began their post-incident settlement, Mika was shunned by almost all Trinity students, including her original Pater faction, for conspiring with Arius to stage a coup and causing Seia's coma. All her private property was either confiscated or destroyed. Although Nagisa wanted to mitigate Mika's guilt as much as possible at the hearing, a near-broken Mika was unwilling to attend—which almost foreshadowed her future expulsion.
Under Sensei's guidance, Mika decided to apologize privately to the conscious Seia and attend the hearing the next day with Sensei, Nagisa, and Seia. However, just as Mika entered Seia's hospital room, the half-asleep Seia was captured by Beatrice through her prophetic dream, and her body lost consciousness, creating the illusion that "Mika assassinated Seia." Mika was imprisoned again, hearing students' verbal abuse from outside, with only Koharu, who was in charge of guarding her, trying her best to maintain order.
Desperate, Mika realized she had nothing left, while Saori Joumae and her Arius Squad were still at large. Unwilling to accept this, Mika decided to start her revenge. She punched through the prison wall with her bare hands and pursued the Arius Squad based on her impressions from when she had previously gone deep into the Arius Branch School. During several battles with the Arius Squad, Mika's efforts were in vain because Senseireached an agreement with Saorito help the Arius Squad. Mika blew up the stone pillars of the old Arius school building to separate Saori and herself from the others, deciding to kill Saori.
But when Mika finally defeated Saori and heard Saori's story about the Arius Squad's past, Mika finally realized that instead of making both sides unhappy, it would be better if only one side were unhappy. Mika let Saori go to join the team against Beatrice, while she alone intercepted the Justina Council replicas summoned by Beatrice to the sound of the Kyrie. When Mika was exhausted, Sensei arrived in time and saved her using the Adult's Card.

Finally, the three members of the Tea Party and Sensei attended the hearing after everything was settled. They continued to protest at the entrance of the hearing, calling Mika a "witch" and demanding her complete expulsion from Trinity or even execution. In the Final Chapter, Trinity received a notice from the General Student Council to form an Emergency Response Committee. Since the notice was for the entire Tea Party, Mika also attended the Tea Party meeting—but she had to face Gehenna's Pandemonium Society, and Senseibecause of being imprisoned by the Kaiser Groupdid not attend the meeting. While fighting against the False Sanctum, the shelter in the Trinity Autonomous Zone was raided by enemies. Koharu, who was guarding the shelter, suffereda slightscratch, which triggered Mika's rageand said the same lines as Sensei did when he came to save the day.. Thus, amidst the verbal abuse from the Trinity students in the shelter, Mika defeated the enemies invading the shelter solely to protect her friend, and then left alone after receiving Hasumi's thanks.

After the Eden Treaty incident, Mika was forced to give up her seat in the Tea Party—the leader of the Pater faction—and lost her previous collections and living standards. To address this, she invited Sensei to go shopping with her to buy the school supplies a regular student would need. However, when it came time to pay, Mika's credit card had an insufficient balance, and even after repeatedly cutting down on items, she still couldn't afford it. Sensei used his Adult Card to help Mika pay.
As one of many punishments, Mika had to complete three hundred hours of community servicevolunteer hours: weeding. Sensei, who was called out by Mika to help, noticed that Mika wasn't wearing her gym suit. Mika's explanation was that she "couldn't bear to wear what Sensei gave her," but in the end, she obediently put it on and finished the weeding service with Sensei.
After asking Sensei out, Mika invited him to her current dormitory—the attic of the old school building—to enjoy roll cakes. However, Mika had calculated the dorm's curfew time and successfully trapped Sensei in her room for the entire night. But because of this, she worried that Sensei would hate her and almost burst into tears.
Mika was punished for attacking other students and not participating seriously in swimming class, and Sensei was summoned by Trinity's faculty because of it. Under Sensei's questioning, Mika admitted she attacked the other students because they had ruined and thrown away the swimsuit Sensei bought for her. Sensei took Mika to the mall and asked a clerk to repair the swimsuit[Note 3], and then took Mika to the pool at the former Make-Up Work Club training camp for a make-up swimming lesson—only to be caught red-handed by patrolling guards, causing the two to flee in panic.No one would choose to leave Mika behind and run away alone, right?

On the 14th, Sensei arrives at Trinity on time, but Mika doesn't show up as scheduled. Based on the voice on the phone, Sensei finds Mika in the home economics room she's using. However, Mika says she smells like sweat from PE class and has chocolate and cream on her face, so she asks Sensei to wait in the next room, although for a Sensei who doesn't hesitate to lickIori's feet, this could be considered a reward. Later, Mika changes her clothes and comes before Sensei with the finished product hidden behind her back—it's a chocolate roll cake. When Sensei asks why Mika chose to make it even though she's tired of eating roll cakes, Mika says it's precisely because she eats roll cakes every day that they've become the snack she's most familiar with...
In the "Serenade Promenade" event, when Nagisa mistakenly believes that the Remedial Knights and the Sisterhood are going to merge while the Tea Party is busy preparing for the Trinity Carnival, she calls upon Mika, the Tea Party's muscle, to suppress them. In the "Summer Sky's Wish" event, Mika convinces Nagisa through acting spoiled and throwing a tantrum with Seia's support, getting Nagisa to agree to go to the Tea Party's private beach for a one-day beach holiday. Mika, Hasumi, Ichika, and Sensei arrive at the beach first, only to find Gehenna's Hot Springs Development Department, led byMegu Shimokuraand her group. Considering Mika's worry about making Nagisa suspicious, Ichika and Hasumi merely drive Megu away and confiscate the Hot Springs Development Department's building materials. After Nagisa andOld DriverSeia arrive at the beach, it's already mealtime, but the barbecue ingredients and supplies needed for lunch haven't arrived.
