- At the end of Arc 3, withRegulusWent together to check on the death of the White Whale, encountered and attacked the convoy of Crusch and Rem returning to the Royal Capital, and devoured Rem's existence and memories.
- In Arc 5, participated in the attack on Pristella, fighting Gaston, Otto, Beatrice, Felt, and the Captain of the White Dragon Scales. Gaston was injured in the battle. Lye vomited when devouring Felt (because Felt is not her real name). He was slightly charred by a direct hit from Beatrice's charged Miracle-class magic. While pursuing Beatrice, she escaped using anti-gravity magic. He used the ability "Lunar Eclipse," causing the limbs of the White Dragon Scales Captain pursuing him to instantly bleed and become useless. He sliced Otto's leg without spilling a drop of blood, ecstatically licking Otto's blood vessels, muscles, and bones. Beatrice used up five magic stones to have the previous Water Dragon and the healed Otto hold him down with the Water Dragon to buy time, allowing Felt to use a magic wand created by the
- In the 9th loop of Arc 6, because his sister "Satiation" (Louis) ate Subaru's memories and learned of his "Return by Death" ability, Ley arrived at the Pleiades Watchtower with "Bizarre Eating" (Roy), targeting Subaru's name and memories. He ate Emilia's name and was overjoyed to see Subaru, calling him the "main course." He countered the combined attack of Emilia and Julius. During this, based on Emilia's ice magic and using Subaru's memories of reality, he created an "Excalibur," followed by various other weapons that could never exist in another world, gaining the upper hand in battle. He boasted that he was the strongest today, but Reid, whose fighting spirit was ignited by these words, came downstairs and beat him so badly that he was left splayed out on the ground for a long time. However, Ley was not killed. Subaru was then swallowed by a sudden black shadow, entering the 10th loop.
- In the 10th loop, Subaru and Ram rushed to support Emilia. Seeing how much Ram hated him made Ley incredibly excited. He kept speaking to everyone in Rem's tone, and while saying to Subaru, "Would you like to be moved once more? From here, from the beginning—no, from zero—" he was knocked unconscious from behind by Emilia with a staff. Just as everyone was about to attack, the personality of "Satiation" (Louis) took over Ley's body and used the Authority "Solar Eclipse" to fight them. Due to Subaru's new Authority activating, Ram, now without any burdens, overwhelmed him and directly tore off one of Gluttony's arms. Ley then woke up, swapped his sister back, and continued fighting. Realizing Subaru was sharing Ram's burden, he slashed Ram's abdomen with a dagger before engaging in battle with the arriving giant scorpion, Shaula, after which his whereabouts became unknown.
- In the 2nd trial-and-error loop, he fought Emilia, Ram, and Beatrice. When Beatrice attacked with amethyst magic, Ley used "Leaper" to vanish from sight in a flash. Although Ram closed her right eye and activated an ability to find "Gourmet's" location—he had gone behind 486 and Beatrice for a sneak attack—it was too late. 486 pushed Beatrice away but was stabbed in the chest and died.
- In the 15th trial-and-error loop, he fought Emilia, Ram, and Julius. Realizing Subaru already knew about their Solar and Lunar Eclipses, his right hand was crippled by the three of them. Seeing the situation was unfavorable, Ley used "Leaper" to flash away and escape. Subsequently, due to Roy's actions, Reid was resurrected and able to come downstairs, wiping out the protagonist group present and leading to the next loop.
- In the 16th loop, he ate Emilia's name again, and his self-proclamation changed from "the strongest" to "a genius." However, by this time, Subaru had regained his memories and approached while calling out Ley's name. Enraged by Subaru, Ley charged at him but was kicked away by Emilia. Countless icicles fell, yet Ley still managed to escape. Not long after, Ley could no longer contain himself and emerged, wondering why he couldn't contact Bizarre Eating and Satiation. However, he thought this was for the best, as all the heads in the tower would now belong to him. Unexpectedly, he was caught by Ram, who declared she would avenge Rem. During the battle, Ram broke his skills one by one, and driven into a corner, he used Solar Eclipse, an ability he had always been reluctant to use. This led to mental derangement, and he even begged Ram to spare his sister. Before his death, he began to doubt the things he had eaten in the past and vomited out all the food he had consumed. Subsequently, he fell hopelessly in love with Ram, believing her to be the gourmet food he had been seeking all along. He then charged into the wind blades Ram had already prepared, losing his hand, and used his blood to write a love letter on the wall. While he was reading it aloud after finishing, he was decapitated by Ram's wind blade and officially died.
- In Chapter 9, Roy revealed the background of the "Gluttony" position: the three Sin Archbishop "Gluttony" siblings are biological triplets, but while Ley and Roy were successfully born, Louis died in their mother's womb, and their mother passed away along with the younger sister in her womb right after giving birth to Ley and Roy.
- In Chapter 9, Roy stated that he does not know whether he or Ley is older, sometimes feeling like the older brother and sometimes like the younger brother (however, according to Nagatsuki's writing in Arc 6, people generally consider Ley to be the older brother and Roy the younger).
- The memories eaten by the three "Gluttony" siblings all flow into the same place, the "Stomach of the Soul," as the three are interconnected; furthermore, in Chapter 9, after watching the battle between Aldebaran and Emilia, Roy developed an interest in and understanding of Ley's "Gourmet" eating philosophy.
- Additionally, in Chapter 9, Roy has an interesting inner monologue: he discovered that his brother Ley was also on his food list but he had hesitated to eat him; although he could have eaten Ley long ago, Ley has already died.
- In Chapter 9, Roy expressed a desire to eat Ley, while Louis had stated in Arc 6 that "Gluttony's" appetite is equivalent to sexual desire.
