AtTutorial StoryIn the, after Sensei activates the "Shittim Chest," they find a sleeping Arona in the workshop. From a hindsight perspective, we know that the General Student Council President is the blood-stained long-haired girl sitting on the train at the start of the game; as for the plot development, this is only confirmed in the Final Episode.
As for Arona, although the President hid her face behind the sunlight outside the train window, even without looking at the artbook or the President's portrait in the Final Episode, the identical braided ponytail, eye-covering bangs, and the blue-outer-pink-inner hair dye are still highly consistent with Arona. No matter how you look at it, Arona is almost a younger version of the President.
But strangely, Arona seriously tells Sensei that she knows nothing about the President.
When Arona and Plana joined forces to create a miracle, the Shittim Chest scene switched from the classroom to the sea outside. As Sensei safely completed the leap of faith, the President stood on the sea to welcome Sensei before disappearing again, and Arona and Plana seemed unaware of what had just happened.
In Final Episode: Epilogue 2, Plana investigated Arona's identity while she was asleep, proving that Arona is the President.

In the plot of Part 2 Chapter 0, the world line is altered, and the General Student Council President is replaced by an unidentified blonde girl, but Sensei retains his memories due to having touched the "Staff of Aaron."
