After the Sacred Hunt, Enciodes returned to the ceremony site and offered knives made of Kjerag-produced metal to the Great Elder of the Manjushree Temple, praying for the future peace of Kjerag. However, the Great Elder was secretly poisoned and fell into a coma; the assassin who attacked Enciodes was identified as taking orders from the Browntail family; Gnosis, who had cooperated with the Browntail family after being dismissed, rushed forward to berate Enciodes for manipulating people's hearts and attempted to attack him, only to be pinned to the ground by Degenbrecher. At this moment, Enciodes' personal guards, the "Mountain-Snow Ghosts," were deployed to attempt to control Arctosz, who was accused of "poisoning the Great Elder," and Ratatos, who was accused of "planning the assassination of the head of the Silverash family." SilverAsh/Operator Record/Solid Ice During Enciodes' stay in Victoria, Viscount Walton, a noble he met, encountered an issue with the Infected: the daughter of this extremely anti-Infected viscount was kidnapped by an Infected group. He commissioned Enciodes to act as a mediator to find someone to resolve the matter. Enciodes vaguely guessed that Rhodes Island would be taking action in Victoria, so he outsourced the commission to Rhodes Island. However, while the Doctor was carrying out the commission, they discovered a hidden truth: the young lady, Kate, had intentionally faked her kidnapping to demand a ransom to help her brother Karl—whom the Viscount believed to be long dead but had actually joined an Infected group. Meanwhile, Karl, the leader of the Infected group and the lady's brother, was quite envious of Enciodes' temperament. Seeing that Karl, despite his current plight, was still humble for the sake of his brothers and sister, Enciodes believed he might commit suicide after receiving the ransom or kill someone. He then discussed with Viscount Walton to act as the Viscount's representative in the negotiations. However, when the negotiation was reached, an ambush appeared. Just as Enciodes issued a public announcement stating the Kjeragandr was in league with foreign powers, Victorian radio broadcasted news that Enciodes was Victoria's closest partner. Afterward, Enciodes bid farewell to Viscount Harold, who had brought relief supplies. After bidding farewell to Harold, Enciodes resigned from all positions in Karlan Trade. Taking advantage of this, Gnosis announced the termination of all cooperation with Victoria and began resolving legacy issues, receiving a negotiation demand from Duke Caster conveyed by the Victorian ambassador. Subsequently, Duke Caster published an open letter denouncing Enciodes's crimes and moved the fleet into Kjerag; Enciodes and Gnosis witnessed this scene from the mountain. Later, the two arrived at Kjerag's secret warship dock. Enciodes changed into his attire as the head of the Silverash family, reminisced about the past with Gnosis, and bid him farewell. Enciodes boarded Kjerag's only high-speed warship and, as the only person in Kjerag holding real power, boarded Duke Caster's flagship, the "Glory," to negotiate. During the negotiations, Enciodes demanded that Duke Caster relinquish the right to station troops in Kjerag, recognize Kjerag's absolute sovereignty over the mines, and import a fixed quota of Kjerag goods in exchange for opening more mining rights. Duke Caster had no intention of compromising, but a test fire from a fortress cannon hidden in the Holy Mountain by Enciodes made the Duke realize the cost of war and potential losses were unacceptable, forcing him to concede. After the threat from Caster subsided, Enciodes spoke with Vice President Jackson of Columbia, subtly declining Columbia's attempts at deep interference in Kjerag. Later, at the Silverash manor, Enciodes answered a phone call from someone.
